Next week my book will be launched in Brussels with a panel discussion at the Madariaga – College    of Europe Foundation. The event, co-organized by The Clingendael Institute, will include a panel  discussion with Walter Zampieri, DG Education and Culture, European Commission; Damien Helly, European Centre for Development Policy Management and – JI Rong, Chinese Mission.
